Teaching

Teaching is not what I imagined myself liking, but I've really come to love it. My first teaching experience was in graduate school. I served as a TA for two literature classes and an Instructor of Record for three composition classes. I like to approach teaching in a similar way to writing: in a way that seeks to understand and make room for all voices, big or small, while keeping practicality in mind and giving creativity room to flourish.
